Return Guidelines:Eligibility for Returns
Within 30 days of delivery, returns are accepted.
To qualify for a refund:
The item needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and unworn.
Included must be all tags, manuals, and extras.
Unless they are broken or defective when they arrive, items marked Final Sale, Custom-made, or Personalised cannot be returned.
Timeframe for Return:
According to the carrier's tracking information, returns must be started within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Things that have been used, cleaned, or changed
Customised or personalised goods
Unsealed products pertaining to health or hygiene
Shipping Fees for Returns
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, customers are liable for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we advise utilising a trackable shipping option.
How to Initiate a Return
Please take the following actions to start a return:

Order number
Justification for the return
Photographic proof (if faulty or destroyed)
Return Authorisation:
Upon approval, you will receive the appropriate return mailing address along with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Ship the Item: Use your favourite carrier to ship your item after securely repackaging it.
Kindly ensure that the package has your Return Authorisation Number.
Condition Upon Return
Our quality team will examine your item as soon as we receive it to make sure it qualifies for a return.
Your refund will be handled as described below if it is accepted.
Refunds are not available for returned items that are used or damaged (not because of a defect).
Customer Placed Incorrect Orders
Customers are accountable if they place an improper order (e.g., the wrong product, colour, or size).
In these situations, the real shipping expenses for both delivery and return (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Errors made at checkout, such as selecting the incorrect product, quantity, or address, are not usamartshop.com responsibility.
Before confirming payment, we advise verifying all order information.

We will try our best to help, but after the order has been completed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee any changes.
Refund Guidelines:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Only until we receive, examine, and verify that your returned item satisfies all return conditions will we offer a refund.
Your original payment method—such as a debit or credit card, PayPal, etc.—is used to process refunds.There is no refund for the initial delivery costs.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds usually show up in your account five to ten business days following acceptance.
Refunds for Items That Are Damaged or Defective
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an item that is inaccurate, damaged, or defective.

Timeline for Refunds
Inspection:

Processing:
The refund will be issued to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Total Refund Time: After we receive your return, it usually takes 7 to 15 business days.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Once you receive the product, you can still return it by using the above return procedure.

Refunds that are missing or late
If your refund hasn't arrived:

Speak with your payment processor (some banks take longer to post refunds).

Direct exchanges are not presently available from us.
